CONSTITUTION OF INDIA - The document of Justice, Liberty and Equality

 As we know that, we face the long British rule since Britishers came in India. After a long struggle we got independence, but before we get independence we have to suffer with many problems  such as justice , Liberty and Equality for backward classes and women. 

 To resolve these problems we should have a constitution. In that constitution we have to give rights for Indian citizens to tackle these problems. To tackle with those  issues we gave Social, Political, Economical justice and equality as well. But at first lets go to know about constitution.

CONSTITUTION:- constitution is a document which has set of rule to govern a country and define their forms of govt. Indian constitution provide us Justice and  Equality in fundamental rights.                 


JUSTICE:- Yes ! Indian constitution  provide us  justice. It provide us 3 types of justice which are given below.

1. Social Justice

2. Economical Justice 

3. Political Justice

 Indian constitution gave us all these three types of justice by Judiciary. Judiciary protects our justice by  fundamental rights and directive principles of state policies. In some of their articles it provides us social justice. (e.g. 46 :-  State shall promote with special care the educational and economic interests of the weaker sections of the people and specially scheduled caste and scheduled tribe. It protect them from social injustice). It provide us Economic Justice as well as Political Justice  in directive principles of state policies in article 36 to 51.

LIBERTY:- Indian constitution says No person shall be unprivileged of his personal liberty". The concept of liberty includes Indian citizens' freedom in their daily lives

EQUALITY:- The Indian constitution have equality by our fundamental rights  Rights to Equality. Right to Equality starts with article 14 and end with 18. In all these article we saw our eradication of social and economical discrimination. it eradicate social discrimination  on the basis of race, religion, caste, sex and place of birth. 

Conclusion:-  A constitution enshrines the rights of citizens, such as  justice, equality and liberty ensuring that these rights are safeguarded against encroachment by the government or any other entity.
